I have submitted my handset in spice service center on 6th of Nov-13 due to touch break problem but still i am not getting my handset, when ever i ask to them they said we are searching handset parts and disconnect my calls, i request you please help me to provide precious help.

This is very ir-responsible behavior from Spice mobiles who advertise themselves as low cost smartphone alternatives to iPhone and Samsung Galaxy mobiles.
