I booked a returned tickets for my 2 family members to Trivandrum and back through Spicejet SG 305/Spicejet SG3307 in Nov 2014 for the journey on 17.12.2014 and return on 22.12.2014. On the day of journey i.e. 17.12.2014, when we were on the way to airport, it was informed by the airline that the flights of Spicejet have been canceled and for next two days there are no flight towards that segment. They further informed that they will refund full amount shortly. They now sent an e-mail stating that the amount of 21,918 would be refunded after levying Rs. 7000/- as cancellation charges.

They should refund full amount along with interest for causing undue mental agony.
