But on 27th December i inquired about lab testing services across Hyderabad. I have received the contact details of SREE MAHENDRA ANALYTICAL SERVICES from just dial hyderabad. They have contacted me, One of their executive came to me and collected the amount for the required services, but did not issue any receipt. i have given in writing in his dairy for what all the tests i required to be performed, Later i realized that about receipt. I called him back immediately in just 10 minutes. He said he will send me the receipt through email. But the next day i.e., 28th december when they did not turn up calling me back i have contacted them, he said he will send in one hour time by 2.00 clock. Later i received the call from them saying all those tests cannot be performed in the give amount. So i said them to stop the services as i have already got very good quotations from other services providers. But the lady on the phone disconnected the call on my face, and later when several time when i insisted to connect me the lady they are just disconnecting the call. It was very pathetic to receive such bad response from the same. They did not call me back, i also said them that i will take this just dial, and consumer court. We are part of TV5 News, I hope just dial will take strict action against them to avail their promotion only if they deliver. They found be fraud. Please i humbly request you to kindly take this to priority and take appropriate steps to make them realized how bad it can effect their business.
