sir I am vivek kumar from Hyderabad my phone got blacked out neither touch or my display worked. so i submited my mobile (canvas A110) in an authorized service center of micromax (sreetel mobiles) (flat no;2,1st floor,sarojini chambers behind rajkamal electronics chikkadpally, hyderabad ph:040-27637913) i submitted my mobile on 3/8/2013 regarding l.cd and touch problem. they made me come to the service center for about 10 times every time they have been making lame excuses . i have to travel for about 40kms please understand my problem . when they finally told that they will give my mobile today i.e 21/9/2013 they again said that my mother board got burnt i dont know how many more days they will keep my mobile i am really vexed with this service center please take an immediate action i plead you sir it has been only 6 months that i bought my mobile.

Please take some immediate action my job sheet no is 2242. sir please solve my problem have a lot of contacts in my phone that i need please do take an immediate action. It will be of great help to me.
