Dear Sir, I travelled through SRM Transports AC Sleeper bus on Oct 02, 2013. However on the travel date in mid-way I was asked to board a non-A/C seater bus and asked to travel to Coimbatore. I had paid Rs. 800 for the A/C Sleeper. The non-A/C seater coach costs anywhere between Rs. 300 – 350. Hence, I requested them to refund the remaining amount. However after so many calls and e-mail communications with them, no one from their side is responding. Hence, I request you to look into the matter and award suitable compensation.
