When I gave my HP laptop to etechies to repair my LCD screen, The service provider has lost my internal bluetooth device, after a month of harrasing me. And when i said them about consumer forum they offered me a external bluetooth device for free, and when i refused to take that their staff had misbehaved and threatened me also. Now my laptop + money both is with them for last one month. I could not do my official work etc. for last 1 month even after i have paid for that and even i am facing their indisciplined staff and managers.

1. Rs5490 for screen but nothing has been done till yet. 2. My laptop internal bluetooth device is lost. 3. My laptop is with them till now. 4. AMC charge 2500. 5. every day visit to that center from my home 20 + 20 KM thrice a week…to check the status but no response from their side. I have to go there because they didnt pick up my phone. 6. my office work suffered a lot. 7. Non Liquidity damage that i felt when they scolded me… 8. They Didnt even returned my screen of laptop which was changed on the first time.
