I have above mentioned StanChart MasterCard since may-2013. I had used the card for shopping in june. I had paid full amount of dues in June-2013. I had not been received any alerts and emails regarding balance due on my card. I had requested for detail regarding outstanding amount and for statements but not a single statement had been sent till 11th november. On 12/11/2013 I have received the statement for oct-2013. Statement shows a o/standing amt of Rs.7211.94. As per my knowledge there is outstanding balance. I request Standard Chartered bank to send me all the past statements since June-2013 and reversed the late fee and other charges then I will pay my outstanding due on my card if any But they refused for the same.As per their record they had wrongly entered my Email Id which was corrected by me few days back. I request you to help me and do the needful.
