StanChart refund of amount and redemption of points credit card

I was Standard Chartered customer, and at the time of selling their credit card, the agent falsely represented that the card is life time free card. After membership charges were deducted after first year of card, I discontinued the card during second year renewal. At the time there was 530 Rs credit balance on the card, that was supposed to be refunded back to me. But one year has passed and the same has not been refunded to me. Further to that the company has refused to honour 11000 points balance on the card as well and that too when I am getting monthly statements stating that I have 530.45 Rupess of credit balance and 11, 781 redeemable points on the card. Now the customer care has stopped responding to my emails after making me chase them for a year and have even stated on phone call that they can’t commit by when resolution will happen. My mobile number is : 7838598374 I am surprised that if they treat customers with so much annual transaction (like me) in this way, how badly they will be treating small customers.

I demand that Standard chartered should refund the credit amount i.e. 530.45 Rs to me along with the interest at the rate at par with what they charge their customers for late payment of credit card due. Second I want Standard Chartered should allow me to utilize my right and redeem the 11,781 points that are available in my account.
