I,C.P.Dubey,Acc. No. 23110154058 Standard Charted Bank ( NRE Saving account )approached above branch ON 28.04.2015 where i hold my account for a Demand draft of 66.0 (Pound),for the fees for the re validation of my Certificate IN UK,and contacted Ms Rekha.She took all my required documents and promised me that draft will be ready by 30.04.2015 and to call on no. 022-67350xxx if required.However on repetitive no answer for the phone call from land line no. of bank on 30.04.2015,Since i required draft urgently I visited bank on 30.04.2015 only to find that Ms Rekha has not come on duty and that my draft is not yet ready. However i was told to contact Ms Annupriya,who further said that the bank provided land line for Ms Rekha only she will answer nobody else can answer it and also told me that it will be now only ready by 05.05.2015( i.e. a total of 8 days later since i have submitted the documents ).

Request Standard chartered bank,90,MG Road,Mumbai- 400001, branch to hand over the draft at earliest.
