I purchased Rico Food Factory modal no. KP-603 on 23.02.2013 from Star CJ alive (TV shopping)vide order no. 20130223043113 and Invoice no. 201302233317 dated 23.02.2013 (scanned copy of Invoice is attached). The Star CJ through its live shows on Star CJ Alive Channel on television claims that the ‘Mixing Bowl’ of the above said product is unbreakable. Also on 28.07.2013 at 15.00 hours onwards, the same product was being telecast on Star CJ Channel on TV and it was again claimed that the Mixing Bowl is unbreakable which is false as the Mixing Bowl of the said product which I purchased has already been Creaked. The Star CJ is indulged in making false claims for selling the said product to lure the clients. The recording of the live show may be called as a proof in support of my above statement regarding false claims. Now the Star CJ is telling me that I should contact to the Rico as the product is under Warranty. However, the Rico when I contacted them saying that Warranty is only for some mechanical defects and not for breaking of plastic parts. Since, the Star CJ channel has been indulging in making false claims regarding the product in their live TV shows and luring the customers, they shall either replace the ‘Mixing Bowl’ or refund the money of Rs.2650/- which I paid to purchase the product as without the Mixing Bowl, the said product is useless for me.

Star CJ Alive shall either arrange to replace the Mixing Bowl with an Unbreakable Mixing Bowl as they claim so, or they shall refund the entire purchase price of Rs.2650/- along with a compensation of the an equivalent amount of purchase price.
