Dear Sir, I am haresh barot, from mehsana, Gujarat, India. Before two months I have purchased one LAVA tablet from STAR-CJ.Com. Which I have returned to star cj because it was not as per specification mentioned during presentation of products on TV. When I had filed complain (on 12th june), their representatives says that as per policy starcj will instruct blue dart to take it back from your home. They had taken it back on 05th July. The moment I have received product (on 12th june), same day and time I have filed complain to return the product. The product received by starcj in same condition as I have been given it. I am getting tired of it. The product is already received by them but still they have not returned my money. Whenever, i am calling them they say that they will call back by two days. But their two days never comes. BESIDES, THERE IS NOT ANY PHYSICAL ADDRESS IS MENTIONED ON STARCJ.COM website, where we can contact them. There is only phone number and mail-id, available where they are not replying. I Have proof of returned product. (KINDLY FIND ATTACHMENT) of bluedart doc. sir, i am mentally harrased by them. they says that whatever you want to do…you do… wherever you want to file your complin you can…but we will not return your money. their representatives are not properly behaving. i wanted to get my money back and wanted to file a case of harrassment on them, so they can understand the value of customer. PLS ASK THEM TO PUT THEIR ADDRESS ON WEBSITE…SO ANY BODY CAN CONTACT THEM… PLS DO THE NEEDFUL… THANK YOU,
