Hi CORE, I want to raise a complaint against STAR CJ as my order 2014-04-20-047593 was canceled due to the mistake of Customer executive for delivering an order to wrong address but STAR CJ is yet to deliver my payment back. As per their policy they have to revert back my payment back with in 7-10 days after cancellation but even after 2 weeks they have not delivered my payment back and when ever I have made a call they are saying that I have to wait for few more days.
