I ordered food processor of Rico brand from Star CJ Live. After receiving the order, I found that machine works for 3 min then it takes break of 12 min and then again it works for 3 min means I have to wait for 12 min to do anything on that food processor. This have not been told us while ordering the product or in the add which comes in Star CJ. When I contacted them they are saying they will not return my money neither they will exchange the product from some other product.

I want my money back
