I received a pack of 6 Kota Doria sarees on 23 September, out of which 3 were defective, I immediately called Starcj Customer Care and told them about this and asked for return. They said someone will come to take away those sarees & then give a cheque. Till now nobody has even came for taking away those sarees, I am calling customer care every third day, but get no favorable response except a false promise that someone will come. Today only a customer care guy called Jatin talked, despite my repeated calls he was assuring the same. When I threatened him that I am now moving to consumer forum, he challenged me to do whatever I can. I am fed up with this company. I want my refund of 2799 as soon as possible.

I want that pack of sarees returned, and my 2799 rupee back.
