StarCJ alive – Got defective Product

I purchased a DOMO Tablet from StarCJ alive last month. the day i received it, i made a complaint regarding the same that it is defective. from that day..i keep on calling there customer care. but i havent received any call from them regarding my issue. they asked me to send the pics of that defective tablet. so i did the same as well. but still not getting any response from there side.

I want that product to be exchanged or need my money back. Because i informed them on the very next day when i received that product
