Major issues with basethings 1 Delivered wrong product. 2 We checked product & found a cheaper one less then half price of ordered one When tried to contact, couldn’t reach, neither by mail nor by phone I wrote mail directly to so called CEO, got response where She tried to protect company but teaching return policy that doesn’t match with one stated at website But CEO asked to return product 3 We couriered back product, they received but not acknowledged. We again called multiple times & when get connected, 1st was told that Management is reviewing my case. We waited for 4 days & called again,multiple times, this time was told “Waiting for supplier response”. 4 No communication from BaseThing side. Not a single update 5 We again tried to reach, multiple times, and this time we were told that they issued refund long back. While asking about tracking, no response. Just asked us to check the same account from which payment was made while ordering.
Ethically, I would like to give most appropriate lesson to basethings (And ) and any other such companies so that they don’t spoil this whole new e-commerce industry evolving in our country. Personally, they should refund the money for the product and shipping and appropriate compensation for mental torture.
