I have ordered a mobile phone Micromax Bolt A67 on 2/4/14 and pay for it on the same day. I was contacted them to know the delivery of my item. Firstly they said that it will delivered soon i.e within 7-10days. on 10 day i have registered the complain of it (comp no.20140402056482) on 14/4/14 & they said that it will be short out within 4 days. but upto now i have not received the item nor my amount and on today i.e 30/4/14 they said that your order is canceled without any intimation. Some of the phone record and my card record is attached with this complaint

They sould say sorry in written for their fault and pay 20 times of the amount of my product as a compensasion.
