I purchased a Micron Electric Tandoor from StarCJ for Rs 2695/- When i switched on the Tandoor in my house the plug was giving burnt smell. I called the call center and asked them for a refund of the product within 24 hours of checking the product. They refused. I wrote and email to them and they still refused till date.

Had I not been there in the house and if my mother had started this Electric Tandoor and it would have caught fire, I would not only loose my house but also my mother who is 60+ years of age. Moreover, this product is not ISO certified as it should be since it is a dangerous electrical item.
