Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I had been delivered wrongly with polyester sarees instead of kota doria sarees as informed on telephonic conversation before ordering the product on 18605001860, and on this claim it has been said that the product is absolutely in line with their(STAR CJ EXECUTIVE) words. As discussed with customer care executive I was informed that a recorded conversation between my wife and the executive confirms that the product delivered is absolutely correct and on demand to hear the conversation myself was directed to mail to this response@starcj.com Again I received a call from their executive on 1 August and this time she states that the product is kota doria, irrespective of the stated material being polyster written on the packet. It simply means that the customer is a fool and can be said anything what they’ll feel like as if I dont have any idea about the material. Earlier I was requesting them to mail me the recorded conversation for my assurance and sort out the matter but now they all have started talking nonsense about the material of the product delivered. Hence you are requested to sort out the matter at the earliest or I have no other option as I have made the payment. For any telephonic conversation please call on 9831913xxx or 8961111xx. I have mailed them firstly on JULY 22, 2014 and till date have given 14 reminder mails but to no effect, and even the customer care executive when called does not give a proper reply and insist only to mail on the said email i.d.

I either want the sarees of KOTA DORIA MATERIAL or MY MONEY BACK
