I placed an order ((2014-04-17-052159) )with STARCJ, the online store for Microwave Oven make Electrolux 23L Convection – C23J101.BB.CG and paid the amount of Rs 8690/- in advance. The firm failed to deliver the item at the designate address at Guwahati, Assam even on the date of writing this complain on 23.05.2014 though scheduled date was 24.04.2014. It is later known to me that the item was incorrectly delivered to the wrong person by the courier company i.e. Gati without verifying his antecedents. As soon as i came to know about this I took up the matter with STARCJ for ensuring either delivery of the item or refund the amount paid, however it kept on postponing though it was also talked to the Gati and was informed about the goofup.
It is almost one month from the date of order and i yet to get the product ordered for. Either item as ordered for, or refund the amount paid in advance.
