hii i like to complaint regarding the rico food processor i bought from start cj live channel on television ordrer no is 20131130040358 when i got the product from day one it was not working as it getting stuck seems motor problem i called the customer care and they told me that they only sell products for issues related you need to call the rico customer care finally rico customer care person called me today and i was surprised by his sarcastic reply infact you will also laugh he said this food processor only works for three minutes and then it needs 12 minutes rest to use it again i was shocked with this reply and got surprise too by knowing i bought a cheap local brand

i want my money back from the star cj not from rico food processor company as today is only two days since i bought this food processor and i dont know the rico brand i know start cj who is selling it.
