I have swiped my card at State Bank of Patiala at GT Road Branch Panipat on 30th MAY 2015. I had entered the PIN no. and I havent yet entered the amount and the time out message flashed on the screen. But after 1-2 minutes I got a message that my account has been debited with Rs.10000. If I had not entered the amount and the session was timed out how could my account be debited by 10000 rupees.I have contacted the SBP branch located at thermal colony panipat but I didnt get any satisfactory response from the Bank. Please look into the matter at the earliest and suggest what needs to be done.

I want to have a refund of amount of 10000 to my account. It is the fault of the concerned bank’s ATM, Please look into the matter at the earliest.
