i placed a steam sauna bath from the official website named(steambathin.blogspot.in) but they delivered me a different product they did not deliver me the product which they have shown in their website.and the courier person did not allow me to cheek the package took cod option because they dont have any other option.my order no-EBFSB427 and invoice no06122013-7 dated 6/12/2013.after that i mailed them at least 7 times but they did not reply called in their tell no which was not valid.then i placed another order their contact person called me up for confirm the orderer told him about the fact he assured me that they have money back or replacement policy so he will do the process with in one hour but not done.now i am placing order in same name but they are not calling me now. i am helpless and hopeless.but i think they have cheated me and we should stop this type of cheating.

i want my money back.and they must be punished for my harassement and wastage of time.they should give proper address and valid phone number and full product specification in the site.they should not cheat the customer for their profit.
