Resp.sir/mam my self ankit kumrawat i have purchased a service from step ahead(times group) portal for rs 1600 rs in the month of aug13.and in the month of feb14.from step ahead side a call came to me and said that if they(timesjobs)not fullfill the service than they will refund my money(1600)when i apply through online for refund as they were told me at phone call i proceed the steps.they were said that total money will be refund to my acc.and mislead me to opt those services .at that time the total amount of rs 13600 withdrawn from my acc.and some services were added to my cart.resp sir/mam when i call back to that persons they were ask me my personnel details of my debit card(such as my card no,pin code etc).and also told me to keep the bal.of rs minimum of rs 10000 for refunding process.sir/mam how can i believe to that persons and please help me and refund my 13600 rs.i am very deppressed and frustrait due to these incidence.icomplaint many times but there is no response from times group side please help me. the person whocalled me was mr atul singh(client id-sa12b) and mr rahul roy(sr.executive) the order no.for those services are1342910,1342846,1342818,1342875,1342863.i have also the voice recording for these incidence.

I need my total money(13600) refund.and take a legal action against them because due to this reason I am mentally as well as physically upset.
