was explained to buy a holiday membership at my home address by Mr. Shashikant Mishra ( Sterling Holidays – Sales Represntative. I was told that my credit card details would only be charged formally as it was my father’s credit card. I was assured it will be reversed immediately once I decide to take the membership. Sterling Holidays billed me for Rs.20,644/- on my father’s card ending with 9003 and I never authorized them to do so without my written consent. Now they are not reversing my money. The staff called me at midnight 12.03am on 04th October violating the laws laid down for calling customers.
I want the full refund of Rs.20,644/- that has been billed to me plus a compensation for troubling me for more than a month and not refunding my money.
