Im using the Cell # 9717209205 and I dont know why you people are forcefully started services of matrimonial on my phone and I never had requested for this. Sometime back the same services had been started without my concern and for that I called customer care and stopped that services but now your company has again re-activated this service and started deducting per day from my balance for this service which I never need or never requested. You are forcefully wanted to register my number for this service.

Please make note of that, If at anytime I need any of your extra services I’ll call customer care but dont activate any of your extra services without my concern.

Also credit my money back to my account which you have deducted from my balance for this forcefully given service.

Awaiting your quick reply on the matter or I am forced to write a complaint to higher level.
