Subway sandwiches – falls promise faulty service

I had purchased Subway sandwiches worth Rs 1650/- on 02.08.2013 at 21:46 by SUBWAY bill #48892. One BMT sandwich had a piece of Human hair in it. The matter was reported to the waiter but the sandwich was NOT changed nor was any REFUND made. A complaint was made at the shop and till date no action has been taken. A feedback was given at the website www.tellsubway.com but no action has been taken.

After the feedback, the Subway website promised a free cookie by giving a unique code number – 00-48892-0-0802-2146. The same was shown to the Subway shop at Jamshedpur on 11.08.2013. The shop flatly refused to give any cookie to me, which was promised by the Subway website. I have suffered a severe humiliation in front of my guests whom I had taken to Subway, Jamshedpur for a Fast food meal. My reputation is tarnished.

1. Complete refund of the bill for Subway sandwiches worth Rs 1650/- on 02.08.2013 at 21:46 by SUBWAY bill #48892. 2. Written explanation as to why the free cookie was NOT given to me despite the promise by the Subway website. 3. Damages that would compensate my reputation in front of my friends – Free Dinner coupons for 5 persons.
