SUCCESSFUL RECHARGE YET TARIFF NOT ENTERTAINED

Sir,
I am a mobile retailer at vill.+p.o.-Nagarukhra,P.S.-Haringhata,District-Nadia,PIN-741257(Name of the counter-KALPANA).I sold an MTS connection(9153069945) to Jayanta Das of Vill-barasat,P.O.-Haripukuria,District-Nadia,PIN-741257 about a month ago.After a successful connection he bought a recharge voucher of 499(voucher sl.no.-WB981100038664) which provides a facility of 1000000 minutes free MTS to MTS call.But still now the facility is not entertained though it should have been right within a minute from recharge. When I contacted the MTS customer care they informed me that there is no such data in their system and they could not do anything in this purpose. Mr. Jayanta Das who is the customer is pressurising me to do proper things to give him the concerned tariff facility within a day otherwise I have to refund his money(499 rupees) at my own loss.

Sir,please take suitable steps so that Mr. Jayanta Das can entertain his tariff facility.
