Dear Sir, My sukam inverter was not charging the battery, on use it was showing low battery and was not working properly, then I file complaint on customer care toll free number on date 04.07.13, whose comlplaint number was14071937175 and it was resolved on the same day. I had paid the service charge of Rs. 200 for this. But after two days Inverter stopped working and started to show same problem. I again filed the complaint number14071966294 on 12.07.2013 but it was not resolved and I got a message on 20.07.2013 from sukam that your problem has resolved. Plz do the needful
