we have ordered modular works for our home to vel’s interiors. the total works costs around 3 lakh rupees. we have given intimation for starting base works on 21.09.2013,they have completed base works. we have intimated laminate colours on 03/10/2013 and they have started shutter works installation by 14.11.2013. the shutter and laminate works are still pending. we had intimated to them many times to complete the works, but no response from them. we had settled full amount by 9/11/2013.
