Sun Digital TV – not recharge my money to my sun direct account

sir my name vinod i have using sun direct past 6 years i have used www.sundirect.in for pay my monthly rental of rupees 185 i paid above site the site redirecte to citruspay and i paid amount through online using my debit card and paid date of paid 10 oct 2013 today 13th oct 2013 still not paid to my sun direct account tv signal disconnected now i can’t watching tv my recharge details marchant order WOIWeb41041581531909eebaa and time and tdate oct 10 2013 4.30,42pm and bank transaction id 328311365746 and trasaction id CTX1310101100421974429 and sun direct customer care complaint no 1-9129170902 still not paid to my account it is not fauover of customer please take as complaint in this regard i want my money back with 3 days not responding compensation of amount 185 rupees i will send with complaint payment successful resicept from ciruspay.com
