Hi, I placed an order of Mixer Grinder “Sunflame Shakti DX 500 Watts” on 11th Aug, 2013 from Yebhi.com whose order number is YBH4167380. The order reached to me on 13th Aug, 2013. When I tried to open the box, the delivery boy told me that you cannot open the box until and unless you make the payment. I made the payment of Rs 1799 to the delivery boy. Then after half an hour, I opened the box and I was surprised to see that there were cracks on the plastic body of Mixer Grinder. I immediately called to delivery boy regarding cracks and delivery boy confirmed me to check it next morning. Next morning, the delivery boy came and verified that there are cracks on the body and told me the process to initiate a complain to complaints@yebhi.com with proper images of cracks on the body. I mailed my complaint to yebhi.com with proper images and details. After exchanging various mails on complaints@yebhi.com, finally I got a call from customer support executive and he told me that the cracks were not caused by yebhi.com rather the cracks happened due to mishandling on my end and Yebhi will neither replace it nor refund the money. I was shocked to hear it. The guy was literally blaming me for the cracks. When I resisted his arguments, then he offered me to have a Rs. 100 discount coupon for the next purchase. It was disgusting, rather than solving the current issue, he was advertising for the next purchase from yebhi. I denied having purchase coupon from him.

I want my money back along with compensation of Rs 10000 for the mental tension and frustation caused by Yebhi.com.
