I have purchased supergrand+ RO System on 23-06-2013, around 15 days ago inlet pipe of RO gets broken i asked the for the servicing they promised me that they’ll send some technician to fix it, its almost 15 days has past i called them since every day but they just made me fool by pretending technician is on the way, he’s mobile is switched off., i along with my family is forced to spend the day without taking water.
An apology letter and an affidavit duly signed with the CEO and operation head, that they will not repeat such type of irresponsible act in future with their customer.
