Supply of Defective machine / Complaint lodged not being attended for last seven month

Electric Chimney was delivered at residence on 21.07.2009. Immediate after installation it was detected that one switch, meant for auto cleaning was not functioning. Each time after lodging complaint umpteen times, it was assured that the mechanic will attend on next day but of no avail. When contacted, the representative of Company’s service centre flatly denied extending service on the plea that it is the duty of the franchise/distributor i.e.M/S AKASH ENTERPRISES who flatly denied rectifying the faulty parts.
