This number has been ported from BSNL to Airtel network by local Airtel Dealer M/s Samvad, Aghoria Bazar, Muzaffarpur – 842001 (Bihar) and after a week this number has been working with Airtel Network. On dated : 22.09.2011 I have received a message form Airtel stating that ” The paper submitted by me reg. new airtel connection has not been according to govt. of india and submit fresh papers latest by 30.09.2011 at the nearest Airtel dealer. Accordingly I have submitted fresh photocopy of my Election ID Proof to the airtel dealer M/s Samvad on dated 29.09.2011 and according to M/s Samvad they have sent the fresh document to Airtel by Blazeflash Courier Vide FF No. 21226904 on dt. 08.10.2011 but my number has been suspended on dt. 10.10.2011. I again submit photocopy of my Passport as a ID and Airtel form duly filled on dt. 09.11.2011 to M/s Samvad. But till today no action has been taken on the complaint. I also contact on on Airtel Mobile complain on 121 but no satisfactory answer has been given. I think this is a metter of negligence. I am badly suffering due to suspension of my mobile no. 9473423447.
