My Access no. GJ-1 PA 9024 which is 2.5yr old and has traveled only 22,000km is facing engine problem. It is consuming much more oil and needs reworking.
I asked the Suzuki Access to do my reworking under warranty as in such a short time the engine needs reworking is not my fault or should be under warranty. They are denying me that after 2 years it is not under warranty and you have to pay. Moreover they are saying that it is my fault as I have serviced my vehicle only 4 times in 2 years. (I have proof that I have done more) I said on telephone that give me this in writing and they are refusing. Even after repeated complaints higher officials are not talking with me. There was other customer who faced the same problem and even after paying the issue was not solved. They are ready to offer me the discount on the expense, but I said give me all in writing, which they are not ready to do so No one is ready to listen only I’m given the answer that we will revert or we cannot do this.
