I had purchased Maruthi Suzuki Ritz Vxi Car from Indus Motors, Mallappally in the month of March 2014. The Invoice No. is VSL13006166 dated 20-Mar-2014. As instructed by my sales Executive I had opted Security System (Remote Central Locking – 3 Years warranty), Reverse Parking Sensor (1 year Warranty), Under Body Coating (5 Years Warranty), etc… for my Car. I had paid a total of Rs.12600/- for all these accessories. The Car was delivered on 26.03.2014. While they gave the Warranty Papers of Remote Central Locking and Reverse Parking Sensor at the Delivery time itself, they said that the Warranty paper/Bill of Under Body Coating will be given later through e-mail. I have n’t received the Warranty Paper/bill regarding the Under Body Coating yet. The sales executives are not responding to my phone calls. After being 1.5 months my Car has delivered, I have crossed all my levels of patience. I had opted under Body Coating from M/s Indus Motors only because of its 5 Year Warranty promised by their executives.

Either get the warranty paper of Under body Coating at the earliest or refund me the amount paid for Under body coating – Rs.3250/-
