Svaiza.com, an online shopping website launched online contest wherein they promised to gift Apple Iphone 5S to the winner. I particiapted in it 24/02/13 and paid 699/- as fees. Svaiza sent the confirmation mail (pl find attached) and assured to update on the result shortly. Also promised to give credit Rs 699 if i dont win the contest and i could use this credit to buy any stuff of similar value from their web site. Thereafter, there has been no communication from Svaiza till date whatsoever. considering that i didnt win the contest i tried to use my credit to buy stuff from their website but couldn’t get my request processed. I wrote to Svaiza.com on their customer care mail ID and informed about the same but there is no response to my complaint till date. Tried to call on their customer support no. but no response

Need refund of 699/- and written apology.
