Swipe Velocity TAB – within first 6 months the TAB became faulty

I had purchased a Swipe Velocity TAB from Swipe telecom website directly in 24 November 2012. It included one (1) year warranty After shelling out approx. Rs.11,500/-, within first 6 months the TAB became faulty and there was no sound from the speakers but only sound output through Headphones. I visited the nearest Service center (Raja Communications, Shakarpur, Delhi) and after nearly a month i got it back repaired. After receipt i noticed the following issues: 1. Sound output through speakers is very low and hardly audible sometimes. 2. The TAB abruptly hangs many time in a day and has to be hard re-booted. 3. The TAB has become extremely slow even when no apps are running. 4. And after all the above, the TAB became un-operational and on booting, only the Swipe Screens keep rolling forever. I went to the same support center located around 15 km. from my place and to my utter dismay, i found that the particular center is no more associated with Swipe Telecom. After that after much effort, i got the details of Noida service center (Kumar Services) where i submitted the tablet on 10th September 2013 (RVSRN1309KSN00015). Since then the Tablet is under repair and there is no call back from Swipe on the matter and i dont know when will the tablet get delivered back to me. May be to cover up poor workmanship this time is being used to exhaust the complete Warranty period so that the problem next time is out of warranty and hefty amount would be required to get it repaired and the customer has no choice but to throw it off.

Compensation of double the cost of tablet is required (tablet prize of Rs.11,500/-) due to mental harrassment and so much time to talk to so many people without success.
