hi, i have order Gionee M5 Lite 32GB (Gold) on 28th jan 16 from www. syberplace.com referral by www. mysmartprice.com i paid rs 10999/- on EMI basis from my credit card with ref order no #: 100053850. till 5th of feb they not dispatch. i have call lot of time but they not pick-up my ph on one time they pick & irritatedly i have cancel my order on 5th feb they immediate cancel the order & generate the credit memo no. 100000986. they just promising that they done the refund process it come my account in 4 working days but its not done yet. now they not answer my call. i complaint to www.mysmartprice.com & also questioning to referring this fraud co to ppl now they not refer the syberplace as i check again on mysmartprice site. but the refuse to talk with syberplace for my issue. please help me what i am do to get my refund. i am just frustrated to calling again 7 again.
