Symphony Air Cooler – Non Issuance of valid Bill – Review

I purchased Symphony Brand Model Diet 50i Air cooler from Parveen Electricals by paying Rs.9600 on 8th June, 2014 and the product had one year warranty of Pump and Motor.The Dealer issued me a signed Bill writing the amount of Rs. 9600 and mentioning the warranty period on it. After about 15 days, Pump stopped working and I registered a complaint with Symphony whose no is KR-GP-20F14002.Symphony says it doesn’t recognise the bill which they is written on the dealer’s letterhead. Dealer is not willing to give me original bill. The dealer has cheated me.And the company has not helped me either though I have the warranty card issued to me.Please help.My contact no 7837626xxx.

Please get my air cooler repaired and faulty component to be replaced.Impose heavy penalty on dealer for cheating so that he can’t dupe others.
