I asked for a 4GB RAM, 500GB hdd, i3 processor laptop but the seller gave me a laptop by adding an 2gb external ram to a lower version of similar make laptop of 2gb inbuilt ram, making it a laptop of 4gb ram without my knowledge or consent. He further deliberatly did not mentioned the model no properly in the Retail invoice. When the matter intimated to the seller, he is offering some money to settle the matter.
