Tablet Not Working – Job card Given No Replacement – No Refund

I purchased and paid for reconnect tablet on 22-Dec-2012 at their Aundh, Pune shop but they were not even able to show Demo because their tablet was not starting up. They tried for 2-3 more pieces and same issue. They provided me a job sheet saying that product is deposited for monitoring and problem solving and will be delivered next day in working condition. When I visited next day they told there is some problem and insisted to take some other product of same price and also offered to take Demo piece. I refused and asked them to search in other stores of their in Pune. They told that they will search and deliver product or initiate refund procedure. On 24-Dec-2012 they called and told that they will start my refund procedure as they could not get another piece. But now on 04-Jan-2013 after 10 days they are insisting to take another piece. But how will I know that it is not that Demo piece they were offering me and it will not be like their brand image. After wasting 10 days and visiting 2-3 times in vein, now I want my money back and also if they have started refund process, it would be near completion but these people are just giving round and round answers and I suspect if they really have done anything regarding this. Visited 2-3 times for product or my money. I am designing a website for one of my family member’s business and for its testing on palm devices, tablet was needed but now my testing and as a consequence the launch of website is delayed and because of this launch of business too will be delayed by at least 2 months now. I also now do not have extra money to purchase another tablet unless I receive this money. This thing is causing a lot of stress to me now. Hope anyone there be able to help me.
