I send my tablet to repair under waranty. But they refused and said you lost waranty because of fall of tablet. Omkar services charged 400 rupees to repair and send tablet to company for renew waranty. Now it has passed almost three months and they do not give response to give back my tablet. All time they say two three days more you will get your tablet.

I want my tablet back within a week . And i want to know what is the policy of zen company to give back repairing material. How many days they take to give back ,they must mention to client.
