Tablet Z1000 – Tab is not working properly there is issue of speaker, battery backup, networking and hanging.

dear sir/mam i purchased a Tablet Z1000 since 20th july 2013 and they delivered it 22nd july 2013 i received it and when later open found that Accessories is missed and Tab is not working properly there is issue of speaker, battery backup, networking and hanging. i approached to dealer though mail but they did’t gave positive reply within time so as per zync service customer suggestion i submitted it to local service center at alambag lucknow on 29th july 2013. almost after 80 days of hectic process i got a mail instruct me to collect the product. i went to their local service center i found product is damaged (screen crack)

I want Four things 1. Replace the product 2. Send the missed accessories 3. Extend the warranty of product from the date at which i received replaced product 3. Compensation charge whatever i suffered because of unavailability of the product to me
