I had enrolled for a Prince 2 Certification course from TAG-APAC Management Consulting Pvt Ltd.Mr. Shasank Pandey from the company contacted me that the course will be conducted on 30th July 2011 in Kolkata. For the same Rs.66,698.00 was transferred to the TAG-APAC Management Consulting Pvt Ltd. However the training was not given by Mr. Pandey after a lot of delays. On 25th October 2011 , Mr. Pandey wrote back that the refund procedure was initiated, however nothing has happened and the refund was never processed and given to me, even after several followups.

I would like to be refunded the Rs.66,698.00
