Mobile DND -Receiving the Promo SMS even after starting DND since 4 months frm Airtel

I am Vamsee subscriber of Airtel pre-paid num: “9908864499”
I have started DND 4 months back for my number
On calling the Airtel CC, got the following info about my airtel account:
DND requested on: 15 APRIL 2010
DND on force from: 30 MAY 2010

Still, I am getting the promo SMS es all time in day and night. sometimes getting messages in midnight and early mornings too

On 27th Mar. 2009 at 12.30 Telephonic with Mr. Jaswinder Sigh for Cancellation of the above said Policy. He givens the cancellation No. 788094 & 788100 respectively.
