Under warranty but unable to change the Mobile phone Nokia supernova 7210

Just before 36 hrs have purchased Mobile 7210supernova (Invoice number WB613, on from the mobile store ,kolkata,S.P.Mukherjee Rd. near Bata.

Now faced problem with the defective set and want to change with other set but The mobile store refuse to do this .
Again requested them to change my set under warranty set from their store .

i have a nokia 5300 .one day i saw that when any call is coming after receive that call that person cant listen while i m talking.i think that its mic problem so i went to the contai nokia care.they told that warranty period is over so 500 rs will b required.i agreed but i think that rate is not actual so i want my money back ..reply quickly Continue reading →

sir,
i have complaint booked on dt. 24.11.09 for message is not going from my mobiles
i have more time talked with customer care but they are not giving properly reply & not solved this problem

every time we have search that a person who talk with us at time on duty in customer care , they have not knowldege abount mobiels network . so they cannount give repiy properly.
