anpara bsnl exchange not providing the full item of product

i’m shiv prasad sharma , in anpara & bina telephone (bsnl) exchange ,the adsl2+ cpe/iad product is not distributed with its full content. 1 quick start guide & 1 cd rom are not being available by them in the packing content. the main problem is from anpara exchange they said removed content are useless for customer
