am a airtel customer of last 4 years.many i complained the customer care but still now my balance was deduced unnecesserly.me facing a problem of last 3 months. no one can help of me. am reelly disappoint and plight of me as airtel officers..plz take action and solve my problem its my humble request

charging for unrequired services

I have not taken any special service as of now. On 18/11/2011 a SMS came and showing “Your service has been renewed. You have been charged 2 Rs for 1 days. Now you will get daily sms alert.

Not received full talktime in balance within 48 hours

After 100 Rs. topup on 14.11.11. did not get full talktime in my mobile No. 9831630484 whereas in my other mobile (9903878951) I have received the full talktime & Free SMS of Rs.10 for 100 Rs. topup on the same date & time.

With this number I got a verification call 3 months before which is duelly verified.

I am using Air tel mobile service (9952088618) since 2007 April and the validity of the plan ends 2013 April (student plan), but suddenly they withdrawn the plan without any proper intimation.
